Online Self Check-in
How do I get the keys to my room?
Our hotel has no reception and no staff on site.
Therefore, it is not possible to check in or make a booking directly at the hotel.
Access to your room is provided via key safes located next to the hotel entrance.
To receive your key, you must complete our online check-in form.
You will receive a link to this form one day before your arrival (or immediately if you book the same day you arrive) by email or through the booking platform you used to make your reservation.
Once you have submitted the form, within about 5 minutes you will receive an email containing:
your room number, and
the code for the safe where your room key is stored.
The number on the safe corresponds to your room number.
Please make sure to check your email or messages in advance and complete the check-in form before arriving,
so you can enter your room right away — without waiting and without a reception.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Since our hotel has no reception and you check in independently, you can arrive flexibly – late check-in is always possible, even at night.
Standard check-in: from 16:00
Early check-in: from 11:00 (available for an additional fee and subject to availability)
Standard check-out: until 10:00
Late check-out: available upon request and for an additional fee
After check-out, please place your room key in the box labeled “Key Return” located next to the mailbox at the hotel entrance.
Free Parking at Hola Hotel
Where can I park?
For our hotel guests, free parking is available in the inner courtyard of the hotel.
The entrance is through the archway between our hotel and the neighboring building.
No reservation is required for a parking space.
Please note, however, that on Saturday evenings all spaces may be occupied,
as guests of our Georgian restaurant “Shinauri” also park there.
Free Internet / Wi-Fi
Where do I find the Wi-Fi password?
Our hotel offers free Wi-Fi for all guests.
You will receive the login details along with your room code for the key safe,
after completing the online check-in form.
Please check your email or messages before arrival,
so you can start using the internet immediately.
TV & Streaming
How does the TV work at HOLA Hotel?
In our rooms, there is no cable TV, only modern Smart TVs.
You can easily log in with your own streaming accounts
(e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, or other services).
Instructions:
Use the large remote control to set the TV input to HDMI 1.
Use the small remote control to turn on the Amazon Fire TV Stick and log in with your own Amazon account.
Select an app (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, ZDF, etc.).
Please remember to log out before check-out to protect your personal data.

How do I check out at HOLA Hotel? Where should I leave the keys?
You are required to leave your room by 10:00 AM.
A late check-out can be booked in advance for an extra fee.
After checking out, simply put your key in the “Key Return” box next to the mailbox at the hotel entrance.
